This Driver Agreement (or "Agreement") is a Supplemental Agreement to the Terms between you and UnieUnie, and it sets forth additional terms and conditions that are applicable to your provision of Outing Services through the Platform. Capitalized terms herein have the meaning set forth in the Terms.

1. Relationship with UnieUnie

As a driver on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you and UnieUnie are in a direct business relationship, and the relationship between the parties under this Agreement is solely that of independent contracting parties. You and UnieUnie expressly agree that:

(1) This is not an employment agreement and does not create an employment relationship between you and UnieUnie.
(2) No joint venture, franchisor-franchisee, partnership, or agency relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

You have no authority to bind UnieUnie, and you will not hold yourself out as an employee, agent or authorized representative of UnieUnie.

UnieUnie does not, and shall not be deemed to, direct or control you generally or in your performance under this Agreement specifically, including in connection with your provision of Outing Services, your acts or omissions, or your operation and maintenance of your vehicle.

You retain the sole right to determine when, where, and for how long you will use the Platform. UnieUnie does not prescribe specific dates, times, or minimum hours.

You retain the option to accept, decline, or cancel requests for Outing Services at your discretion, subject to UnieUnie’s cancellation policies. UnieUnie does not require you to accept any specific request as a condition of access to the Platform.

You may engage in other business or employment activities, including providing similar rideshare services to other platforms. UnieUnie does not restrict such activity.

2. Representations, Warranties, and Agreements

By providing rideshare services as a driver on the Platform, you agree to comply with [Outing Services Rules and Guidelines] and represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You possess a valid driver’s license and are medically fit to operate a vehicle, with all necessary licenses and approvals.

• You own or have the right to operate the vehicle you use, and it meets safety standards and local legal requirements.

• You will not engage in reckless driving, unsafe practices, or operate a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• You will only use the approved and reported vehicle for rideshare services.

• You will not attempt to defraud UnieUnie or any riders.

• You will not discriminate against riders based on race, ethnicity, age, disability, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, or any protected trait.

• You have valid liability insurance meeting legal standards and will provide proof upon request.

• You understand that unaccompanied minors under 18 are not allowed, and you will cancel any such ride.

• You will cooperate with UnieUnie in the event of rider complaints, law enforcement inquiries, or other investigations.

3. Ratings

Drivers and riders can rate each other and leave feedback after each trip. Drivers with consistently low ratings may lose access to parts or all of the Platform. You can review the full rating guidelines here.
